Core CrossPilates


CrossPilates is a circuit based training modality aiming at combing exercises that target strength, stability, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness all rolled into one for maximum benefit to the individual. This program differs from Clinical Pilates through the dynamic nature of the exercises depending on what the outcome goal is for you the client. Our 45 minute group classes are designed to improve your general health and fitness needs implementing clinically proven exercises that are delivered by our experienced Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists.

This program is suitable for individuals returning from a previous injuring that are concerned about getting back into regular exercise, whilst also be of great health benefit for those that would like to push themselves a bit harder and get the higher intensity benefits that CrossPilates offers.

CrossPilates will benefit all persons seeking a fun and challenging group exercise class, supervised by experienced clinical staff that understand your body mechanics and your health.

Core Clinical Pilates


Clinical Pilates is an exercise process that focuses on core stability, control and strength and often assists in recovery following back, shoulder and lower limb injuries. At Core we focus on function. Clinical Pilates is a great way to utilise pain free, low resistance exercise to assist with restoring normal movement patterns to assist with improving an individual’s function. The aim of Pilates is to educate you on how to stabilise your deep core muscles while maintaining a neutral posture and mobilise other areas of your body. Core’s Clinical Pilates is a great method for returning to exercise post injury or postnatally, at a safe and supervised level with our experienced Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists. However, if you are struggling with your own gym and exercise sessions, Clinical Pilates can be a great compliment to assist with getting the most out of your program.
