Ray Koppe

Ray graduated from the University of Queensland and spent three years as Head Physiotherapist at the Bundaberg General Hospital. Ray previously owned private practices in Bundaberg and Noosa, working across all areas of physiotherapy including antenatal and women’s health, spinal mobilisation, postoperative care and pain relief. Ray has studied in and practices a combination of Maitland, McKenzie and Mulligan style treatments. Ray has completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Sports Medicine whilst working with AFL teams in Noosa and running an after-hours drop in clinic for sports injuries.

Ray is also as a highly qualified Acupuncturist. He has studied in China and New Zealand and holds acupuncture qualifications from Queensland, NSW and RMIT Melbourne.

Over the many years of general practice including his years at Banyo Physiotherapy, Ray has gained an increasing interest in aged care and pain control,  with an emphasis on treating preventatively and maintaining mobility.
