Edward is an experienced physiotherapist with a broad background in managing general musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and complex musculoskeletal presentations. He takes a personalised, evidence-based approach to treatment that supports long-term recovery, injury prevention, and improved function.
He has developed a strong foundation in sports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-performance through extensive work with rugby union, rugby league, and touch football teams. Ed’s work within the sport of rugby has seen him develop skills in Injury Management and return to play post injuries and is currently working with Souths Rugby Union Club.
Ed has a strong focus in occupational health, working across a range of industries to deliver early intervention, assessment, and management of work-related injuries. His role includes developing individualised exercise programs, educating clients on safe movement patterns, and advising on appropriate work modifications. He collaborates closely with occupational physicians to conduct pre-employment screenings and functional capacity assessments and plays a key role in injury management and return-to-work planning—particularly within large-scale manufacturing environments.
He has a strong interest in treating persistent pain and supporting functional rehabilitation, including hydrotherapy and gym-based exercise programs aimed at restoring movement and building resilience.
