CORE PHYSIOTHERAPY
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body approach to healthcare.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, osteopaths examine
how your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, and
connective tissue all work together — then treat the root
cause of your discomfort.
Available Exclusively at Corinda

What to expect at your first appointment
Your initial consultation begins with a thorough conversation about your pain, health history, and goals. James will then carry out a hands-on physical examination, which may include neurological or orthopaedic testing to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms. From there, a personalised treatment plan is established — one focused on lasting relief, not just temporary symptom management.
Ongoing Support
James can prescribe tailored home exercises and stretches to help prevent your pain from returning. If imaging is required to support your diagnosis, he can refer you directly for the appropriate scans.
